If it's any consolation - I've used the 3M twice and couldn't get on with it. Trying to use a drill on a heavily curved surface takes a lot of skill and patience - neither of which I have for doing the headlights!
I used various sandpapers (with the grit ratings according to the 3M guide) - and...
Put a few hours into now - currently on level 9 and have got the three wings unlocked at the base. Tried it out for about an hour last night with a m8 of mine too and it's much more enjoyable than going in alone on single player.
However. I have reservations. My biggest concern is that this...
Looking at it, he's done RAID-0 (or 1?) for the top pair for speed or redundancy. And the bottom three are in RAID-5?
Pure guess-work though! :tongueout:
It's really more straight-forward these days. Any self-respecting PC specialist would be able to advice on parts face-to-face as well. Get a budget and a quote together and we can give it a once over. The build part is great to get stuck in with - strangely relaxing and therapeutic!
Just be...
Worth checking in future if you have a wireless issue - if something like your phone can also connect to the router wirelessly. A quicker check to see if the router is the issue than having to reinstall laptop wireless drivers, etc. :)
^^^ - post of the thread. This is exactly what I tried to fight when I went on Anglesey Circuit in mine. The end result? Total spin-out. It feels unnatural at first - almost the complete opposite of what you believe you should be doing. But stick at it and as @Shocker says - the car itself...
The problem with Ghosts - on the PC platform anyway, is that its a massively flawed port from the console platform. It is not in anyway optimized and can literally hang for a few seconds, before continuing. The main issue appears to be with the memory - it continues to climb in usage up to 99%...
Got our first works laptop last week featuring an M.2 drive. Only 128GB in size, but more than ample for what it will be used for.
I have to say that it's pretty quick. And having the traditional SATA bay totally empty allows for easy storage upgrades in the future.
The 850s for me were the pinnacle. The yellow saloons in particular. Just need a few cosmetic touches of black accessories and it would be sorted.
It's hard to find a more honest and down-to-earth marque than Volvo. They are pricey new, but built like a tank. You never buy one to 'fit in' with...
Now you're just being selfish. Surely I need to borrow the TI's (permanently - never to be returned, sent back, or seen by yourself ever again) in order to conduct a useful comparison experiment against my 690s?
I'll even pay the postage......
Had a bash at CS:GO online last night. Good god - I forgot how bad both I and 'it' was as an online experience. You think COD is rife with the haves and have nots - this thing is a joke. When I died for the 4th time having scored the same amount of hits against the target, yet half the damage -...
It really adds a whole new dimension to it - especially when you get a couple of squads who are responsive to your commands. It simply doesn't work with a team of Rambos. Having 16+ players all doing what they want is just chaos and doesn't allow you to build up enough commander points to deploy...
I have the KTR backbox and unsilenced centre section on my 182 - I've had it on for years. Personally, I don't mind it one bit - but I don't know if the 182 backbox is quieter than the 172 version?
I only just found out today that they pulled the BF4 Commander app on tablets and mobiles, last year!
A shame that - it worked really well when I tried it on the iPad - both the gameplay and platform worked together flawlessly. Seems strange why they canned it...
Personally - it makes my piss boil to not have an under-tray fitted to a car. They are there for a reason. I get the whole track-car cooling and passive effects on the engine bay at speed. But on a day-to-day basis - there is so much s**t that gets thrown up in there - it's good to protect it as...
Well, well. After delay upon delay on starting this - through other games popping up, but mainly due to the constant big updates that this game received; I caved in last weekend.
Having been completely revamped on the new Unity 5 engine with the Director's Cut edition - along with the DLCs...
Currently going back to 2008 and playing 1942:First Strike on the PS3. Absolutely love the whole genre of sideways/vertical shooters. A good test of reactions - even at the ripe age of 41..
I personally thought the Mass Effect games did a good attempt at this. And although ME3 was a good way to round up the trilogy - I thought ME2 had the edge over it.
The only change I'd make to that m8, would be to ditch the flexible SLi bridge and get a fixed one. I had issues with a couple of flexible bridges back in my GTX460 days. Blue-screening, sometimes saying that SLi was disabled when I'd only just put it on, etc. Switching to a rigid one fixed it...
ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT A f**king WEAPON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :rage::rage::rage:
Managed 2 minutes then had to bail for my own sanity.
So the engine did crank over? You mention a new battery, but even new from a shop - it could have been sat on the shelf for a good while. Mine did exactly the same and a battery swap fixed the issue. The fact that the engine cranked over proves that there's enough juice (initially at least) to...
