Well, over 18 months since the last post, I have returned to CoH2 in earnest. After the British Forces DLC was bought (ironically, my least favourite and least played faction of the original game) - I fired up CoH2 and got stuck into the Ardennes campaign, along with the occasional skirmish.
I...
Now then. You've been on here as long as I have and you might have seen my general consensus of not giving a flying monkey bollock about the interior of car. Sure, a nice interior is exactly that - something nice. But as plasticy and mundane as the Evo's cockpit is - it would never in a month of...
I'm assuming that driveshafts are a Renault only part? I've been reading a few comments about different specs of shaft. Can they tie-it in correctly with your reg number?
Cheers,
D.
Along with Grand Prix Legends - this is perhaps the most difficult racing game in terms of control, that I've played.
Very difficult - but all the more rewarding for it.
Lol - they were a definite Marmite addition. It's a strange one for me. I'd never pick those decals as an 'option' - but if I bought a 6 with them on (a genuine one, that is) - I'd be happy to leave them on there.
I miss the lines on my 6. It had such a purposeful and slightly aggressive...
I'm being really pedantic here - and as awesome as the above is, I'd rather go for the JDM Zero Fighter. Iirc, pretty much identical spec to the Extreme but with hideous decals - being a WW2 geek AND having a Mitsubishi nod back to one of their greatest flying creations - I'd have to have one...
Cheers guys. Looks like I'll be getting a cost for those after Christmas!
No messing around doing just one side - the drivers side is definitely noisier. Get both done at the same time.
Weren't there at least 250+ Tommi Maks registered, yet only 6 RS Sprints over here? Not sure on the Monte Carlo spec, though.
And I know for sure that at least 3 of those RS Sprints don't exist any more.
Removed for some better ones? You know that Alcan makes thicker sheeting for roasting turkeys, than Mitsu does with car panels. Get them back on! :P
Almost - that crown goes to the RS Sprint. Utterly stripped out and ultra, ultra rare.
Despite that, Ant is still clearly a s**t and a lucky...
I thought as much. They are the originals, so I've had a good run on them over 11 years, I guess.
Is it a specialist only job - or could any reputable garage do them? I know that Renault has a recycling program in place for them where you get money back once you hand over the old driveshafts -...
Chaps,
I've definitely noticed it more now with it being colder - but the car makes a rapid clicking noise when pulling out of a junction. It does this when turning either left or right, but I'd arguably say it was a bit louder when pulling out to the right.
It stops when the wheels go...
Yep - the field of gfx memory requirements has definitely shot forward in the last year or two. Makes me laugh when some articles describe the 980Ti's 6GB as being overkill because 4GB is deemed to be enough. Really?
GTAV is a prime example where the lack of true VRAM accessibility on my PC is...
Not with somewhere like the Trafford Centre, etc. That's what I was saying about a go-kart track - it may only have 20-30 parking spots outside in which case, yep, it would take no time at all. But amongst a sea of massed metal - it would definitely take longer. I think for the small marketing...
Coming from someone who previously had SLi'd GTX460s and now SLi'd GTX690s - I'd personally say its not worth it......... currently. The main issue is with the previous versions of DirectX - up to and including DX11. They aren't really written with true parallel graphics tasking in mind. They...
That's part of my rationale as to WhyTF car keys/cards have the bloody manufacturer name or logos all over them? A go-kart car park might not be too big - but something like a supermarket or shopping centre is. If some scroat stole the keys - at least it would take longer to actually track down...
Still one of the de-facto performance motherboards to get. I won't be replacing my Rampage III Extreme with an up-to-date equivalent though, as 90% of abilities are just wasted on me.
It will still be an Asus mobo though - whichever one I decide to get.
Quite surprised at those results - I would have thought they would be a fair bit higher? Especially when you consider my CPU is 2008 vintage...
That said, I tend not to take much to heart with these benchmarking tools. There are so many tiny variations that create (or alter) a score - I just...
Wow - your monitor is properly broke. The red 'on' ring is replicated on your screen.
Yeah - a tricky one that. It does stand out - enough that it would bug me too. I haven't even sampled the 144hz loveliness yet - that I am looking forward to.
I'm wondering if there's any mods out...
Hi m8,
Yes I did - I brought it into work rather than faff around at home. Worked perfectly on the tests I did here - not one dead pixel! :)
Not had chance to actually try out any of the G-Sync features yet though. All the DisplayPort enabled cards here are the onboard graphics ones -...
Yeah - fingers crossed it's a good one! I've had my previous 27" Iiyama for several years now - but I think it's time I moved out of the 60hz zone....
Glad you mentioned that m8 - I'll be opening it this weekend and testing it. I'd be a bit pissed if it did have dodgy pixels and I...
Hah! I went through several joysticks on the C64 with that. Iirc, the last event was the 1,500 metres and that was an arm killer.
Always made me laugh how the graphics made DT's torso look like it was rotating, rather than his arms swinging in motion.
