from memory the seats are each held on with 4 bolts easily accessed from underneath the car i would disconnect the battery first just to be safe and leave for 10 mins or so then undo connectors for seat airbags etc and the trim on door/footwell/centre...

Yeah a brilliant road. If you want to go up the coast Fife way there the old shipyard at Burntisland and fife side of FRB theres a little boat yard thats quite good for a few snaps I'll look on another site and find out if there are anymore this way for you
