I think the depos look great, big improvement.
I'd urge you not to do the whole black grille thing though. It is a classic chav move on an M3, and cheapens the car IMO. You're just a cheap, badly spaced private plate away from owning a shed. It is a thin line, but relatively easy to get right!
Essentially, yes. But the 997 is a lovely looking thing, sounds great, and so is easy to forgive. But it doesn't do everything well, and they are very expensive when you factor in 'essential' options. The Turbo has handling more to my tastes (initial understeer isn't a problem), and is bloody...
I think they are beautiful looking cars that have aged well. I like the colour, makes a change from the oh-so-typical black and silver. They're also great value. I thought very seriously about getting one, but was put off by the interiors; i find all Mercedes a bit generic, dull and plasticky...
Very good. Amazing how much money they are willing to spend, on anything. Some business model they have...
Supposedly there is an episode before every GP for the rest of the season; on Sky obviously.
I like the subtlety of it personally, but am always a 3dr over a 5dr guy.
Going for a subtle colour myself, i'm actually surprised by how many people engage in conversation with me about the R. One guy was disappointed that mine wasn't a V6 though!
Nice move. Guy at work has bought the same colour combo but with 19s. Fitted a chav plate to it, something like J1 00 GAV. FFS.
I'd put eibachs or similar on, as the springs will snap anyway (if they haven't already!), and then the 18s will suit it fine. Having said that, if you wanted to look...
Well, they are droney. Miltek are clever, weld pipes together like anyone else, but push the marketing on systems on nice sounding cars so they come out looking rosy! I'm not sure if it is available for the Mk4, but APR have been making their own anti-drone exhausts so you can have the power...
FLOL! You just know those guys are the ones on forums talking about how great they are, and how their cars or setup for drifting/handling and yet, when it comes to the crunch, they can't drive for toffee! How lucky was that 300zx!
Pretty dangerous stuff; those motorcyclists were sort of...
There are some amazing curiosities for sale in the auction, make sure you check out the full list! Oh to be a billionaire...

Wow, great work, especially with the rear arches and doors! I agree with some comments though, silver polished BBS would have been better, together with a recognisable 'classic' BMW M3 colour.
Yep, the PDK is astonishingly quick. My dad doesn't want my pauper Gen 1, he's been looking at a beautiful Meteor Grey Turbo S but f**k me, at £105k we could have a GTR each :dapprove:
As said, you have the option to put it in manual and also sport will avoid it changing up early. It is funny when you're wondering why it isn't moving and you look down and it is in 6th already! I have learnt to deal with it, i will manually downchange for a roundabout so it waits for me to...
Ultimate Finish just sell products (at Brands Hatch), it was Rob at Supercar Detailing who actually did the work. Not entirely sure what he used, but i have a print out in the glovebox so will post back tonight with what it is!
Best thing about the Morgan was the mag centre locks, hilarious...
I think it is more of a liability thing from VW to 'ban' use of harnesses; as we've seen on here, a lot of people fit harnesses incorrectly, which is potentially lethal.
I treated the car to a protection detail on Friday. As i've mentioned before, i park on the street now which has massive...
Pretty sure this was a blue 182 rather than a 172 Cup as it looked darker than mondial... also looked lowered on Turinis and had simply the Cliosport web address under the brake light.
