Photoshop is very expensive and probs overkill for what you need it for (its aimed at professionals who can make money from it). There is ways to get a copy if your that way inclined and is the best software on the market by a long shot.

Click start then search.
Where File Edit view is along the top etc choose Tools then folder options then click view tab and under hidden files and folders is make sure 'show hidden files' is selected then click OK.
then in the search window choose All files and folders down the left and then...

I was looking at getting sky+ when I move into my new house. Sky+, broadband, phone and TV (sky sports or movies) for about £35 a month. Thought it was a good deal. Although still got BT line rental on top.
