My 1.2 MK1 Clio just failed its MOT on lower ball joint, brake drum wheel cylinder, headlamp beam image and emissions. The first two are no big problem, not expensive and fairly easy to replace. Headlamps not too sure about, would cheap xenon bulbs cause this? The MOT tester said something to...
