Renault one from a Clio 1.2 8v, £15

Its going in storage after this Sunday's track day, until mid March.... Hopefully that will stop me spending cash on it!!!

Iv been promised the car back Saturday morning latest, if its not then my space will be available.... :|

M I'm up with Fraser and Arran mate, with ot being am Open Day and not sessions the weather isn't so much of an issue, as its a littlemore sensible.....

No no, I only did this one. When I bought the car, it had had the other one repaired. But my OCD side said it wasn't a good enough finish, so I got it re done..... Hate crap paint work!!

Lol yeah, its like the Trophy to be fair, the pictures make it look a lot worse than it does in the flesh, must be the reflections..... ! That's both quarters done on it now, didn't want the other one feeling special ;)

Well the Trophy finally made into the body shop today.... I nipped in after lunch to have a look at progress. I never managed to get a photo of the bottom cill lip before they trial fitted the skirt, but it is back to a 100 % perfect including the jacking point at the front. Anyway side skirt...

Yep that's how i justified it in my mind and then couldn't be bothered painting it!! Lol started painting it, realised brush wasn't giving me the finish I wanted and then spent another few hours cleaning that off!! :D hope you have more patience than me

Yeah its good to push the car and have it free wheel again Andy ;) I sometimes think that after I detail it then take it to the track to rag it round there, but as you say that's what it was built for.... Keep saying it though, best fun I've had in a car :)

That's a little extreme to be the quickest Clio though :D

Its a great mod Cally.... Costs a bit, but certainly gives you point and shoot capability ;)

Oh and just to piss me off on the big brake front, lol, my mate texts me these!!! I suppose he does need the to stop his mk6 gold gti, as its just been upgraded to 390 bhp and 380+ ftlb of torque.... Big brakes do look good!! :)

This weekends update :).... So after much deliberation, I opted to stay with standard brakes, not saying that the big brake upgrade won't happen, as I love the look of it, but the practical head says that the standard calipers lock the brakes at any given opportunity so for track, not really...

Yeah I have the receipt mate, I'll dig it out and PM it to you when I get in.... It does just the job. I like original fit neatness ;)

If you use a micro fibre cloth it will take the glue off, pulls it into the cloth..... That's what the local tint guy up here uses. Also I would stick with the yellow ducts looks better than the black photo shop option (imo) Your cars coming together mate, looks great, and don't keep a track...

Looks like your starting off in the right direction mate, weight loss is the best performance mod in a Clio.... Good choice in seat too, I have 2 in mine. Vey comfortable and certainly up for the job! They are the same as the genuine cup racer seats seemingly...... Looking forward to watching...

They mucked one up for me and refunded, other option is roll it over, or of course sell my t on, Fraser is going to sign, might be worth a text??....... Or It's worth a call to knock hill as they are quite helpful
