Thinking on putting brighter bulbs in the headlights of my cup. Any ideas with types are good. Ive been looking at Philips blue vision H4s and Philips silvervision for the indicators. Are the main beems worth the extra money? and are the a lot brighter

All, My wipers on the CUP seem to miss a small section of screen between the two blades. Is this normal? cant remember is if happened before me car was fixed.
