Yeah, have to say the look is very dated. Although, perhaps that was the car he always dreamed of making since watching the film! First thing i thought though was "no stance".
Incredible looking build though, money no object stuff.
Bear in mind the RS4 came out towards the end of the E46 M3s lifecycle. Even then, the RS4 was rated as just better. No doubt it is a very nice car, but it isn't exceptional, an E9X M3 is the better choice, but then so it should be, 'cos its newer...
Yes. But we're not communists, people are allowed freedom of choice and i'm all for that. In reality if SUVs didn't exists, the yummy mummy's would still be driving a status symbol, so an S Class type luxury car with the same physical footprint of their Range Rovers.
Besides, there is a logic...
Why the hate? Didn't you have a white Audi A5, another 'fashion' car?
You're not one of those people who harp on about people in the city not using their 4x4s in the mountains, are you?
My old man gets his in 'Dubai Spec' (white with sand interior) next week, think he plans to sell on immediately though as you can get up to £5k premium.
I think the 3dr looks fantastic, the 5dr loses the edge and uniqueness. Just a shame they don't do one with a slightly bigger engine so it...
Re: Onboard Crash Avoidance - Spa - Porsche 911 GT3RS vs Ferrari Scuderia - Close Cal
Was that Ken Savage? Seeing from the your vids you seem to have a lot of involvement with the Lotus side of things...
He obviously wasn't thinking much there, but then it could have been his first track day...
In the UK, anyway. Can't be bothered with another argument on here though!
VAG cars just to tend to need little doing with them. In reality it is basically just dropped on some low offset wheels, nothing special. Yeah, it has a USDM bumper but that it is neither a remarkable change or a new...
If i could be arsed, i'd go back to the 330 thread and find where you belittled the M3, LOL! I saw through your feeble justifications from the outset!
Anyway, it is an M3, so a great car. Not sure that i'd want one in the colour of a throbbing penis, but it'll do. The leather needs some...
Yes, thats him. Man, that is really upsetting. Not like i knew the guy but to think he was just enjoying working on cars, and now he's dead at such at young age. Horrible, horrible stuff.
RIP.
Because it is an amateur race series, its simply not on to throw all caution to the wind and keep your foot in with absolutely no consideration like that, IMO. Yes, everyone could have slowed down, but the guy was wrecking his own race, no need to risk others for what is meant to be a 'bit of fun'.
Awful news. Anyone know about the 'other' Europa? I race against one in LOT and it has young mechanics working on it, nice lads. Really hope it isn't one of them :dapprove:
All performance and luxury cars' value drop like a stone, simply because the next owners can't afford the running costs. Prices therefore have to come down to balance the negatives of running them.
As said though, any cheap M3 needs thousands throwing at it. It is naivety to presume you are...
