i have had no gearbox issues with my 200 or 197 but both are low millage, so when you buy one check the history etc, i would agree with Steves figures for replacement gearbox etc, look for a good spec 197 cup with recaros 08 or 09 plate in white plenty about :race:

Perhaps Dave may have more info on this but they are new not on the overhead gantrys and dont need lines in the road so watch out when going to meets etc until we can find out where they are. :race:

Hi Terry check the top engine mount, on the left side, push the rubber if it moves get it changed also get the gearbox oil changed asap the renault stuff is like brown gunge, make sure the tyres are good and oe spec not linglongs cause dealers love fitting ditchfinders. :cool:

hi take someone with you when you buy the car who can check it over, then get the gearbox oil changed asap, you will need 2 litres fuchs or motul. I get mine from opie oils on here, delivered next day. :S
