the going around corners could be that the wieght on that wheel isnt enough for it to rub but normal driving then its sitting on something and rubbing. rip out the wheel arch lining. thats not needed anyway :P :D

yeah jacking the car up would be ideal mate.

what sort of noise is it? does it sound like a tapping/grinding noise? could alway be your wheel bearing. jack the car up and spin the wheel around and see if you can hear any noise at all.

i meant feel the tyre. is there any grooves in it or anything?

well im guessing they are rubbing while driving, might not be touching while still but in motion im sure they will be. nothing wrong with a bit of rubbage anyway lol :P does any part of the tyre feel smoother or has it got a mark on where it might be rubbing?

right my mate has got a mk2 ph1 1.2 clio and his speedo has stopped working. what do you think it could be? when he started the car the dial just doesnt move. but if he is moving along and the engine is warm he can turn his engine off and back on and the speedo will kick in. anyone heard...

might have to give them a ring and see what they say.

ive had a belkin one, nothing but trouble went and brought a D-link one which was shite and cut out every 5 minutes so took it back and got a Netgear one and havent had one problem it it at all so far......touch wood :D

got it working at last, plugged my mates laser adaptor from another road angel and that must of gave it a kick up the arse as its now working fine and its wicked :D

well i know its not stolen. as its my gf's mate ive got it off. its in a fiesta st. i havent got the antenna but should be borrowing one off a mate tonight to see if that helps it pick up a signal. i did try hanging it out my car and on the roof and stuff but it still didnt pick up a signal.

well it just says searching for satalite...... that mean its broke?

well all it says is that its searching for a satalight. its a road angel 2, i presume its because its not subscribed so it wont pick anything up as they piick up their data via GPS dont they?

so it should pick up the cameras still but wont be fully up to date.

what do people know about these things? im just about to buy one second hand and there isnt a subscription on the unit. can it still be used or do i need to subscribe to use the unit or is that just for updates? if its just for updates do i need to update it or could i get away with using it...
