I would say that's expensive, by the time you spend £300/400 putting a set of xenon's, washers, wheel Refurb on it to get it back to normal, then service it, then it's going to need a belt change before you sell it say in a year or 2, doesn't make it good value unless I'm reading into it too much!

Vvt only activates once certain perimeters are achieved, coolant temperature being one of them. As above there is the option to datalog and have a custom map but then you have the customer service issues flagged, that would make me wary. The off the shelf 98ron map or groupe n what ever it's called suits breathing mods so exhaust and filter, matched inlets etc. Still a bit of a compromise...
