Technically they could find out quite easily if they wanted to. You do NOT want a router though, your want a WAP (Wireless Access Point).

The problem with roads is they aren't all straight and there's other cars on them. I'd sh1t myself in that AX every time I had to turn a corner and every time another car was within 1/2 mile of me.
