I cant say i have done it but the forms should either be on the side so you can grab one without queueing up or ask at the helpdesk if you have one they will give you one and you just fill it in at home and send it off Vix :)

Engine mounts need to be upgraded to R21 turbo engine mounts cheap as chips £20 tops! Driveshafts can come off a 16v about £50 everything else comes off the donor car so would be easier with one really? Not true about not doing it if you have never seen it before its an easy conversion...
