What coould be the cause of the coilpack fuse to keep blowing ? first it blew the coilpack and the fuse and now with a new coilpack its just blown the fuse again. Help ?

If it was a case of not being plugged in, the rear lights should be working wont they ? the stalk still clicks like normal and was working before the conversion.

Just been to have a look, is there only mena be 4 ? they were all pushed in, took each one out and put back in, cudnt see anything wrong with them. Could they be buggered and just not seeable from the outside ?

Are the fuses just the ones that are on the passenger side of the dash ? if so yeah checked them.

My lights dont seem to be workin front or back, the back brake lights work and indicators on both front and back but no headlights, sidelights or fullbeam. Doesnt even come up on the dials that the lights are turned on. Just dont an engine conversion from a 1.2 to a 2.0l so not sure if...

Ive sorted it and its all up and running :D We was earting the wire from the ecu to the battery which wasnt working for whatever reason, we put it on the engine to be earthed and it worked straight away :D Thanks anyways

where does the signal get sent to in the car when you press the key fob ? I.e to lock/unlock the car. Thank youu

Its a full conversion. Is there no way to bypass the immibilisor to get it fired up ?

The immobiliser light just stays on constant with the key turned, it cranks but doesnt fire and im pretty sure the fuel does pump as we got a sniff of fuel when we was trying to fire it up so i would imagin that thats working fine.

In the middle on swapping my 1.2 with a 182 engine, everything is in and wired up, come to start the engine and we dont think its creating a spark or the immobolisor is stopping the starter motor from starting up. How do i get around it or could it be somthing else causing the problem ? the...

im not sure, the program thats running looks very legit which is making me wonder, if it is a virus, is there anyway to remove it ? it seems to off done somthin to AVG as i can only uninstall it so cnt even run a virus scan.
