You could sack the front spacers off, or swap to 195 tyres on the front. I have 16mm front spacers with cup pack, 38.5 turini's and low on coilovers and don't scrub on 195 rubber.

You can do a pretty good job with rattle cans. Good prep is the most important thing. What are you painting?
