Go for the less rude approach.
Have you thought about the 172 spoiler, Cup spoiler, New V6 spoiler or the Renault Double spoiler. They are all made by renault to fit the clio.
My favorite is the Double, breaks up the rears roundness. JillyB has one in black and it looks stunning.
172...

As Philip said, I think people are getting a little mixed up here:
Xenons need a Balast to generate 1000v+ for these kits, which includes all the wires etc.
A xenon bulb (long and thin) looks nothing like a halogen bulb (short and thick)
Various packaging on halogens replicating xenons say...
Xenon Light tempreature starts at about 6000k+. 8000k are very blue, possibly not the best to go with.

It costs about £100 for an individual xenon bulb, for a kit about £300+. If you were to change to xenon you can get kits to change from H1 - H4 - H7 etc. What bulb does the Mk1 172 use for the high beam?

The difference in tyre radius between 195 and 205 is 4 mm thats 8mm in diameter, quite a bit. 195 are the closer match to the standard wheel+tyre diameter, but they may look (handle) odd on alloys that have a depth of 7.5 rather than 7.
