    Non Fault Claim consequential losses?

No. Its your choice who you chose to insure with at your next renewal. Many insurers do not load for non-fault incidents. Its not the fault parties fault if you chose one that does. They are only liable for damages/losses from the event. What you chose to do in the future is up to you.

    Cancelling policy with Elephant

The request to return the certificate is not stupid. Its law as above. If you keep the cert and then crash the vehicle after its cancelled the insurer could be held liable as Road Traffic Act insurer. It matters not what company your with now. Crashed car, worth breaking ?

The Highways Agency are entitled to lodge a claim against you for damages to their property as the damage was caused by your negligence. In the same way if you hit the wall outside my house I would claim against you. Thats why legally you must have third-party insurance. If the Highways...

    Some advice on fronting please.

Ok, well it all depends on the insurers acceptance criteria. The easiest way is asking at inception the registered keeper of the vehicle. When you claim the insurer requests the V5, if it in the son/daughters name the policy would not have been acceptable had it known, and therefore the...

Stealthy clio is no more.. Head on crash :(

Sorry to hear Rob. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regarding this insurance of the kn0b this can be quite technical. You will be able to claim compensation for both the damage to your vehicle and any injuries sustained, but who from remains a question. An earlier post said they have an...
