Found it really good.. a lot better than the original 57i.. even in the summer in 90 degree summer afternoons.. it was still pulling hard.. :).. where as the mk1 57I would have felt quite limp.. i can highly recomend it.. As you now get the sound WITH the power..
I had this with my CUP, although.. may not be for the same reason...
Behind the battery there's a black metal bar (I think it's where the relays are kept) which is bolted to the passenger side suspension turret.. On mine, this bar had snapped.. which caused the rattle and a knocking noise...
Couldn't agree more.. with the mechanic.. (But does depend on the sort of roads you drive tho) The stiffer it is.. the more the car will bounce, less contact with the road means less grip and slower cornering speeds.. Unless it's very smooth obviously..
I would never have mine lowered...

All i'm saying is i like it when the car moves around, using different slip angles whether it be the front or the rear.. after all the true defenition of handling is how a car...

Lets face it anyone can have an accident.. Obviously driver aids will help in certain unforseen circumstances.. and maybe because the cup is a cheap affordable car, that factor in itself enables the younger person to go and buy one..

Ah.. now that's cleared up then.. i use dipped beam.. rather than sidelights as some people do (which i find pointless..) and OBVIOUSLY not main beam all the time..
