Oops sorry wrong section,please move if poss

Morning Gents Just looking for some information. I'm looking to take the rear window out on my Clio 182 as it requires paint on the rear quarter. Can anybody tell me if the rear window seal is available to buy on its own or do I have to buy a new rear window ? Also if anybody has the part number...

Think the gasket is a couple of quid from Renault.im sure you will find a thread on here to help you out.

Nothing.mick showed me the gasket and it had lost its shape and gone hard

I had the same issue (no visable coolant) So i took mine to mick@diamond he found the rubber gasket in the thermostat housing had perished

Is your trip computer resetting itself when the car fails to start? If it does it's the battery

Afternoon I seem to have a dented roof gutter strip (above the rear window) on my 182. Had anybody had any experience of removing them? Looks like the seal underneath can be removed with the strip. Cheers

Couldn't get my nail in , that's why I when with lolly pop stick idea. a little time consuming, but well worth it. thanks for your time much appreciated

Cheers for that, got most of it off with a lolly pop stick( believe it or not,,) just pushed down on the rubber and the overspray cracked,just flaked off after that. btw can I have a failsport sticker.( stickerwhore) lol thanks again for the response

Long story short Car( bg 182) was keyed while I was on a shopping trip last year. Had both back quarters painted and blown into the front doors to get a decent colour match. Its a pretty god job,however......there a I little overspray on the rear quarter windows rubber seal( masked incorrectly)...

I changed to greenlight last year from direct line. saved me just over £500. Just renewed with them again,great service.

I work on bradmarsh business park at the end of old Sheffield road,across from montys Toyota garage. i go up shepcote lane all the time.

Ahhh ,out in the sticks. I used to spend my youth buying crap cars from carcroft car auctions ( long gone now I think)
