Yeah if the lambda has gone it will make the car run as you described, Hopefully its just that, How many K has it done out of intrest?

Paul if you can, get a compression test sorted out, will soon tell you if your hasget has gone between 2 cylinders, thats what our main problem was, does it stink of fuel? (because its not getting burnt)
Dont think they care mate, aslong as they work, never seen them with a multimeter testing them... LOL
Just put it in, you will get a free resit for up to 12 days i think, if it fails they will tell you what you need, simples.
Pretty simple really mate there all straight forward, i dont have a clue what your kit looks like, but normally one end goes to the throttle and the other end on the filter and thats it, nothing to do wrong really.

Inlet is fine, BBT used this and cant remember what figure they had out of it but i know it was pretty high bhp, it will be fine.
Im not using the standard FPR because it cant flow enough fuel/create enough pressure for turbo charged applications.
