Sorted, i had knocked a cable out whilst i was putting some oil in!!! Lights off, and running perfect, emergency over!! Was secretly hopin g the engine was fooked, i smelt a engine conversion!!

Lights been on before, and i was instructed to disconnect battery and when i put battery back on the light had gone. Not working this time, tho it has stopped misfiring but the light remains on
