Only use V-power now. I can get just over 300 out of a tank doing a 50 mile commute Mon-Fri with a mix of country roads, A roads and a stretch of dual carriageway.
It's a mix of driving styles too as I can't always "press on" during rush hour! ;)
Right, I've had about 20 mins to have a quick go and I've done a very basic layout of the jpg you gave in post #12.
The images that you used for the main header image, nav buttons and curves on the border have been replaced with plain text and css borders (straight lines) as I didn't have time...
Hmmm... The problem with using tables is that they aren't accessible and a very old way of coding. With IE7 now out (which most people are going to use) you can make a site using xhtml/css very easily (little or no hacking). Also, your javascript rollover effect won't work if it's disabled by...
Looks rather mint that does! Good luck with the sale, but if you do decide to split PM me a price for the inlet manifold! If I have any money after I have sorted out my house at the end of this month I may well have it off you! :D
No worries mate! In all fairness they are so simple having software do it for you will most probably complicate things by adding info you won't need. Very useful if you have an uber huge site of course!
Code the url for each pole differently. For example:
Poll 1:
dave - url: vote.php?poll=1&vote=dave
alan - url: vote.php?poll=1&vote=alan
Poll 2:
dave - url: vote.php?poll=2&vote=dave
alan - url: vote.php?poll=2&vote=alan
Neater ways of doing it but you get the idea.
Alternatively you can...
For javascript get this one: "DOM Scripting: Web Design with JavaScript and the Document Object Model" (url: http://domscripting.com/book/) Really good book to get the basics down.
Use a conditional statement to pick what css is targeted to IE7. Aslo handy for targeting groups of IE verions too.

If he is going to claim his (company) car is better then the least he can do is write accurate performance figures. Just ignore him and watch him plow into something while showing off in his (company) car!
Glad to hear it's not much damage mate. People like this need to be culled! I'm up for the whole angry mob lynching idea too!
A while back I had an orange thrown at my windscreen, no damage but the fact the little s**ts had a Tesco bag on them said that I wasn't the first victim. Was going...
Very nice mate, hope my design skills are that good soon. Although HTML Tidy (Firefox etension) is giving a few warnings in your HTML - nothing major though but sorting it will make it 100% W3C valid.

Same here. Depending on the size of the company I'd charge between £30 and £45 an hour. So taking into account design time (3 hours including amends) and templating (depends on site but lets say 3 hours) and estimating about 1 hour a page (including tweaks) I'd be looking to charge at least...
