haha it's all good! I've not had to spend anything more than expected. I'd have given it new plugs regardless at some point. And I planned to uprate the brakes anyway, this just means sooner rather than later. Didnt need a new waterpump, so that money saved covers most of plugs and mount :up...

Sounds like relay dude! Especially if hazards are still working fine, as they should run off a separate relay.

haha yeah, that's fair enough. In regards to the wheel, I couldn't live with suede/alacantara. I too often drive with mucky hands lol. Would be black before you know it. Not practical fr day to day use, but as Scott says how little he uses it, be fine. I'd keep wetwipes in the glovebox though...

Few mates of mine had Cooper S, beware of turbo bearings and chain tensioners. Common fault the tensioners go and the chains stretch. R56 this is. They are pretty nice cars besides that, plenty of mods you can do too. loads and loads of parts available.

Ask when you take it to get the belts done ;) at least they will know what's actually up with it at a specialist. Rather than trying to rip you off like 99% of the garages out there. We can do suspension anyway.
