14.5 in a cup is impressive... was that standard? My best time in my other 106 was mailto:15.3@92">15.3@92... that was with just under 140bhp and car was overheating (rad cracked) .... Im pretty sure with a good enough start 14s is possible... see what happens
Just wanted to know who was going to York and what you are hoping for in your clios etc...
Im hoping to get into the 14s in my 106... Wouldnt mind going up against a few 172s... what category do they run in on the day?
Ive got a 130bhp TU engined 106... with s/s decat, scorpion gpA, manifold 4-2-1 daztek system mapped out... running 150bhp partially stripped weighing around 930kg... I dont have too many problems with 172s, although it is close
Dont know if this is the way some feel but, isnt the valver always going to be 2nd to the williams, because of this not having the full apreciation for the car? I dont know just food for thought, id love a williams 3
sorry to hear that mate, yep they do require control... they weight f**k all.... hence why they surprise alot of things... im pretty careful with my 2 ... I own 2 106GTis .... so know what they are like... both have diff suspension.
I see its one of those sort of debates as it... cup owners vs 182 owners... I would of thought the cup would have the edge in a straight line as its lighter considerably to make a difference, as oposed to an extra few bhp
