Im also a brake bleeding noob, but could'nt you just suck out all the old brake fluid from the resivour and then replace it with new fluid, then just bleed each corner till new fluid starts coming through? Surely thats much quicker than waiting for all the old fluid to bleed through the lines?
You wont like the interior of the 182 CUP. The 182 FF with cup packs is 20kg heavier but has all the toys and comforts, plus still handles just as well.
Thats a real shame, hot hatch fans like to know exactly whats going on under the hood. I want boost gauges, coolant, oil pressure, oil temp, fuel mixture, charge temp etc etc etc.
Im staggered a turbo car does not have temp gauge.
I got to say that im a big fan of these.
Ok they dont look as good as a 197, but the interior makes up for it.
All it would take is a set of coil overs and a decent remap and this would destroy a 197.
Corsa owners are seeing 230-240bhp from uprated IC, milltek zaust and bluefin remap...
I'm a fan of the 197, but the fuel econmy really puts me off.
I know the 197 has a lot more to offer than just performance but I woundn't want to swap a car with similar performance and much worse fuel econmy.
I love how I can thrap my ph1 and still return 35-36mpg.
£50 for second hand worn brake pads?? that have been used on track.
Very risky buying second hand pads as they could be contaminated, or even the wrong pads put in a different box.
I think you will struggle to get £20 for them max.
Is this a good price?
I need a replacment shock and these seem uber cheap for a set!

Head gasket would be a last resort!
Do what your doing and replace other parts of the cooling system
-fix leak
-new thermo stat
-bleed system
-new radiator
-new coolant pipes
- water pump?
Sounds like the common top mount problem, and there is no permanent fix for it.
You could try replacing the top mounts, sometimes that works.
Some clio's get it worse than others.
