Ok mate no problem. One more thing mate can you make sure all rubber bushes and anythink plastic is removed. Makes a right mess when it's goes through the oven haha.

Yeah at the start I was going to get someone to do them for me, but he couldn't fit them for a couple of months so I just went for it haha.

Yeah if you don't want the hassle I would go for it mate. I just wanted to get my hands dirty haha. It's only 12 bolts at the front (6 bolts per side) and 4 at the rear (2 bolts per side). First time fitting coilovers and I've got to say Easier than I thought really. oh nearly forgot spring...

I ended up getting weitec gt's, basically kw. I payed £590ish I think, and yeah I fitted them myself they came with a good manual to follow. I think there's a step by step on here some where aswell. It's ok mate I don't mind the 21 questions haha

Go for it mate, best mod I have done. Every car i get from now I will be fitting coilovers definitely, feels so planted to the floor. And look amazeballs haha.

yeah my mate lowered his golf on springs, within two months his standard shocks were knackered.

Yeah he's a bit of a moody sod at times haha. He don't like doing some wheels, Some Wheels are a bit of a nightmare because of the cheap alloy that's used, like bbs rep wheels always degas (gas that escapes from the alloy) even after going through the oven first. Makes pop marks in the paint...

Do you know who shotblasted them for him??

I'm not a 100% but it does ring a bell for some reason. Really heavy shot blasted wheel.
