I'm not on about the 'drop in signal death grip',
but I've noticed a few times now when I'm at my desk at work, that I'll have literally no service for about half an hour at a time (not touching the phone at all). I'm on vodafone, and with the same sim/number with my old Blackberry I never had...
Coilovers, 19 BBS CHs (well fake ones as the real ones are about £1700), 15/20mm spacers, respray front end, new pads and discs....lol this V Dub business is too expensive for a pikey like me.
Around the world or around where you live?
I've been on t-mobile, O2, orange and now Vodafone and the 10 mile radius that I generally use the phone in, my signal with Vodafone is awesome in comparison to the other 3.
No insurance fail Ben!
Although the glass is hardened, it was proved a while back that it is still fairly brittle when it comes to a sharp impact (i.e. dropping it)
f**king horrible looking cars. Not going to dispute their tuning abilities though. Most that have been tinkered with seem to be running 280-300bhp! But I'd rather ride a big dog to work than drive that hunk o' turd
We're going past there anyway matey! So it's not a big deal if they say there's no-one to help me, or have no replacements in stock!
I'll just hope by 6 or 7pm that it's fairly quiet!
Sorry, I meant replacement. She still wants the phone!
Trying to make an appointment but the stupid work internet browser won't load the concierge page!
Checked on my iphone and they don't have any appointments on Saturday. Nevermind! I'll go in anyway and try my luck!
I got the Mrs an iPhone 4, but there are a couple of issues with it. Hardware wise, the lock button feels stiff and doesn't click. Software/network wise she has trouble receiving calls and texts sometimes (even when she has signal).
I'm going to be driving past the trafford centre on saturday...
I take it back, it's been crap this last few days!
This morning for instance, used for about 5 minutes (web browsing) then left on standby for about half an hour and it's gone from 51% to 36%. That's turd.
I spent about £2k on my 172 (coilovers, exhaust, turinis and a few other bits and bobs like cup spoiler and CF splitter)
It was worth it, because I made it what it was. It looked/sounded awesome! That was 2 years ago, and I don't regret it.
I suppose the ultimate question is, do you have...
I've got the iPhone ones (with mic and control) as well as CX300-II
The sound quality on the CX300's is amazing. It blocks out the majority of external noise, and the bass is amazing.
Lost on of the rubber pieces though, b*stard!
Cup spoiler is very marmite I think. I personally think they look rubbish, but a lot seem to love it!
But as long as you're happy.
Also noticed you've got xenons/projector headlights. Didn't know they were an option on the 200. Glad they are now though, They make a car look so much more...
Because 99% of the population who aren't that arsed about washing their car and keeping it tip top, associate a 'car wash' with a £2 jet wash, or paying a a group of polish lads to valet it for £10 outside the local supermarket.
And £28 an hour for washing cars when compared to what you'd get...
I think another big factor for people choosing the iphone 4 over a HTC or Samsung handset is the product care and support you get from Apple.
Granted there aren't millions of Apple shops about, but they still exist. You could walk in with an iphone 4 that has a technical issue and walk out...
not sure on how legit this site is but it states
"The only time you may drive a car without a valid MOT is if you are driving to a pre-arranged test appointment or to a garage that will carry out repairs that are required for your vehicle to pass the MOT test"...
How is your's holding up??
To start with I wasn't majorly impressed, but then again it's my first iphone so not sure how it fairs up against the 3G/3GS!
But thinking about it, I mess around with it a lot more than I did with my blackberry or other previous phones.
I fully charged it...
