mine did it occasionally, and then it got pretty severe - it wouldnt accelerate, and if you tried, it went mental and started backfiring lots.. turned out it was just one seriously fouled plug - changed all plugs and it ran fine again :) not only that, my emmissions light went off too! (de-cat)

I put mine on if the motorway is having one of those days where everyone stays in the fast lane to go 1mph faster than those in the middle lane (obviously the slow lane isn't there to be used) usually makes people move quicker :p

I hope its my decat that makes the car smell like an old car - mine also drinks oil, but then my drives to work tend to be the B road route wherever possible, so it gets driven pretty hard, i guess using lots of oil is to be expected.
