air filter, exhaust, sparks.... engine temperature. These could be some things worth investigating. also, tyre pressure is another possible factor.

give it a couple days. If he DOESNT ask for it back then i would give him it back, but minus the cost of re-advertising. If he asked for it back then i would be more suspicous of it being a wind up. but thats just me. At the end of the day, if the guy is actually genuine, then i would not...

that button is the inertia switch, iirc. It cuts off the fuel in the event of an accident/big bump. I think only ph1 have them though.
