Thr front ones slide back, and the rear ones slide forward. Some have a little clip on too, if so you need to pop out the grommet (which you will see on the inside of the door) and push a scredriver through to release the clip.
Sounds like you've got all the screws out, but there are 2 lips (one each side) that hold the bumper in place so you may have to push the bumper down before pulling it. Neither of the holes under the boot lid will line up so you will 'have' to drill some mounting points there once it's all lined up.
There will be an ET figure for the wheels, this is the offset. I still dont fully understand the offset, I just know the lowere the offset, the further out the wheels will sit.
Pool the money together for front components and rip out the oe rear ones.

Its silver (can't remember the name of the colour) without cup packs but that doesn't bother me too much as I want a carbon splitter anyway. Yep need to sell mine privately now if possible.
