Fronts do differ in bolt spacing as below. Only ones that differ are 182 with cup pack and trophy suspension and they only differ for front shocks
172, 172cup, non-cupped 182 = 54mm
182ff and 182cup and trophy= 60mm
Non-sports= 52mm or 58mm
Check the seal on the sensor you just fitted may be cracked or not fitted properly letting more air in hence the high idle. Check all other hose connections on the inlet also.
You wont regret sportlines, also I have a set of 4 for sale for £90. Not sure how much a pair is from renault but bet its a fair bit more. See my breaking thread for pics
For the price of sportlines try them, they always sell on easy enough if you want to go lower. And the ride quality it amazing compared to other lowering springs
