Of course not. Just doesn't seem the usual thing Amazon would do. But nobody would have expected Apple to make comparisons to the Nexus tablet. It's an irrelevant point anyway. If somebody buys either device without knowing the full pros and cons they're not the brightest spark.

Not saying the facts aren't correct. But it's very reminiscent of Samsung's S3 advert where they cherry pick the facts. In this circumstance, no mention of Apple's massively superior library of apps.

My point, which perhaps I haven't adequately made, is that it's not going to be 'much worse'. Unless of course you're basing it solely on specs, in which case that misses the point completely. Anyway, you have your view I have mine. Moving on.

Yeah had major problems with the data on Saturday which was annoying as hell as I was out at the football all day. Makes me want to ditch my 4 on SIM only and get a new 5 on contract with somebody like EE.

Take the Mini 32GB model for example. UK price - £349 US price - $429 + 8% = $463.32. On Current exchange rates that is £290. Not a monumental saving but a fair amount I suppose. Depends how desperate for one I am really.

That refurbed 3 is a cracking price. My sister is going to New York in January so I think I'll hold off any purchase til then and get her to sort me out. Works out so much cheaper on the current exchange rates.

Depends on your circumstance. Normal iPad hands down for home use. Mini if you're doing a lot of traveling / commuting.

Really like the Mini even though it is a bit costly for the 32GB model. Very much want to buy one though.
