I use auto finesse quick detail and glisten spray for a quick once over after wash Wheels wise I use the megs gel spray found this half decent usually with auto finesse iron out before I also use megs clarity glass cleaner for windows but white vinegar spray cleans all rubbish before hand too...

I think now meets are more about maybe meeting at a pub or cafe having some food and talking about our cars and stuff gone are the days for me racing and doing burnouts ect I am old now lol but still have a massive interest in cars and love my Clio and very rarely get chance to see and discuss...

Hi Jack I am running the grams springs on my cup, seem ok so far nice drop and not to crashy nice and tight although getting a bit of squeaks and stuff when parking but fine up at speed

Hi guys I have just fitted new cup shocks and grams lowering springs to my 172 Cup When I am pulling away at low speed there’s a creaking/ knocking coming from rear passenger side Doesn’t happen when up to speed any ideas ? Many thanks Mark

I just replaces mine with RPD oem ones and went on absolutely fine mate ? nothing extra needed
