The seat will slide all the way forward but not back. Ive checked for something on the runners but they're ok. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do people tend to change the water pump on a 172 when doing the cambelt/aux belt job? Got my belts coming up and wondered if its worth doing? How much are genuine pumps?

Does anyone know how much these are roughly from the dealers?

Are these clutches generally heavy on the pedal? Cars only done 41k but feels heavier than the Helix uprated I had in my Golf.
