And yes it has 2.0l badges and yes it has a sport badge. and yes it is all declared. so if you are thinking of posting anything about those things keep it to yourself :)
Wouldnt let me type anymore for some strange reason. Was going to go on and thank my two mechanics for helping me out and making the car look so much better. Anyway onto a couple of pictures:
Car has finally been lowered!
So we all know how it started off.. if not then here is a reminder..
We got the task of fitting the v-maxx coilovers underway at about 3 o clock. My two mechanic friends get to work ;) one is a full qualified mechanic and the other is NVQ level 1 qualified in...
The front arches have been changed for sport ones as the sport bumper being wider, does not fit to the standard arches. On the rear is different. The sport bumper can just be a straight swap. That's why you see a lot of non sports just with the rear done as to change the front you need. Sport...
If you are on about the width of the track on the non sports compared the the track of a sport then no as the sports are about 50mm wider. If you look on te photo with the pistonheads logo on you can see that they are only just sitting flush on the sport arches with 25mm spacers each side.
Just to clear up on the badges. It's there to make it look like a sport. Would have stuck with the 1.2 badges if not. And it doesn't get abused everywhere it goes so if it looks like one who is to know that it isn't one?
No plans as of yet for the interior. Prefer the easy to keep dynamite seats that don't sag or rip easily. And if it's a 318 with an m3 body kit it's a different story ;)
Ha ha. Cheers Jonny. I'm away on holiday and the car is sat on the drive. You more than welcome to sit it down a bit for when I get back;) nah we shall sort a date out and get a few beers in for on the drive when it's warmer.
If everyone declared their modifications and was truthfull then prices would eventually drop over time. until them we just have to wait till muppets like this declare everything.
Hats off to you for trying something new mate. are you going for gloss black trims on the rear bumper insert/renault badge/side strips etc as that may help to pull it all off ;)
This is the go pro hero 2. It's not been out too long. It's not a stills camera at all. Best place to buy would be jesops but most places have ran out due to the popularity over Christmas.
The camera is ace. It's my brothers christmas present. It's ace. The reason for the clicky noise throughout the video is he hadnt tightened the attachments up properly so it's not the noise of a normal go pro.
