hi guys... no really got a clue about seats and stuff but my exsisting seats look a bit tatty.... so my choices are. sparco sprint seats..... which come with only the seats. no subframes etc... where can i get the subframes and stuff i need to fit these to my car. and are they any good...

as above fitted my stealth shelf. all works fine. but when i put the radio on even if its locked onto a station is all crackily and intereferance.... any ideas ? not that clued up on car audio. got my mate to help instal the shelf and help wire it up :-) cheers guys

Hi guys was lowering my car today... Rear went according to plan... Follows the guide and had no real issue tool the front spring out and couldn't get the f**king spring to uncompress.... Spent about a hour f**king about with it and finally gave up and reassembled the strut and put my wheel...
