Has anybody got a 182 with the Recaros in yet? Looking at getting the Wife a 182 for her Birthday, saw the Recaro option in the Renaultsport brochure, just wondered if anyone had them. Pics please.:)

Price. The Radical is the ultimate trackday toy, but they are quite expensive. The Westy is so close in performance youd never notice the distance on a trackday. On a timed lap. perhaps. Plus the Westy can be modded very easily and reasonable cheaply as well. Driving them both I found the...

I had the same decision. I went with the V6 and I love it. If you want a trully fast stripped out trackday car go for a Radical or, as I did, a Westfield XTR2. No VX will keep up woth that.:devilish:

Not sure? I dont think it would invalidate your warrenty, but if (god forbid) somebodies V6 did propel itself into a wall and this fault was to blame, its probably Renaults get of jail card. They offered you the chance to fix the safety issue, you declined. Your problem.

Got my letter yesterday. My cars running like a dream, last thing I want is for them to "Reprogramme" my car. Probably end up thinking its a Digibox or something:sick:

I noticed this when I got mine mate. Then I peeled off the black plastic coating to find lovely new alloy.:oops::oops: If there the same as mine, the plastic is a bit of a b**ch to get off. Its also formed around the pedal, hence why they look like there real.

I had a Mk1 172, thought about a Mk1 V6 when they first came out but went for a 330 Cabby. Sold the Cabby last year and got the Mk2 V6. And absolutly love it, cant think of anything, other than a 997, that Ill be replacing it with.

I asked about this when I ordered mine. The salesman told me theyd had somebody reject theres due to it having 50 miles on. Renault came back to him saying the V6 does test mileage at Renaultsport? Its apparently par for the course. Sure enough mine had 45 miles when I first turned the...

Id be interested in finding out as well. My local dealership has just lost there best and most trusted mechanic to Mercedes. Now Im not happy about my V6 going to that dealer for its service.
