Im in similar situation. Love the noise, but after reading things on here, Im starting to think removal of my K&N ind kit may be better. I would say upgrading mate.
What warranty work you need doing mate? May not need to be taken off. I just had new heat resistor for fan and air con fiteed. Obviously has nothing to do with my exhaust and induction mods, but I took risk! I have one spare if not! PM me, I'll get back to you by 5 as at work!

See here mate, if your car is out of warranty, im sure it can't be that hard to replace the heat resistor. Check all fuses first though!

Sorry mate, haven't been online much. Now you can fit your new air feed with the extra space you have made by removal of acoustic valve. See first page on this thread for my pics! :star:
^^ first off, once you remone accoustic valve, you will have much more room to fit air feed. To remove the acoustic valve, you need to take wheel off, and then pull back the wheel arch lining. From there you will see the horn, Unscrew this and then the other bolts that attach the acoustic valve...
Switched on the heater today and display lights up with numbers and fan speed. But nothing happens. Plus when i prss AC button there is no click to indicate the Air con has switched on.
