DazBav (D7 BAV) doesn't have Recaros.

Its probably the bar and leaver (To move the seat back and forward). Check by rattling the leaver to see if its loose. If it is, remove the seat and slightly bend it so its tight.

True, the 200 with cup pack I test drove wasn't too forgiving over pot holes although not as crashy as my 182 with Sportlines.

Stunning! Can't wait to get mine. I wouldn't be sure about putting coilovers on as the handling is already second to none. How do these compare? (Not that I could afford KWs)
