Where the edge ov the pad slides in the carrier, i had metal shims (u shaped)top and bottom, to stop the pad from rattling, but they were too tight with them in, removed them all squeaks and squeals went, hope this helps.

(Nerd Info) The metallics in paint sit different on plastic than on metal, on metal they sit up straight. On plastic they sit at a slight angle. Thats why the shade always look slightly different.
Use plenty of penatrating spray, u can see about 2mm of thread sticking out, mine was stiff as fook. Be gentle at first they easily snap if seized. swapped my pre cat and post cat sensors round cured fault. hope this helps.
