How come your taking the filters off anyway? You need them wherever the phone line connects to a socket so obv it's going to cause havoc if you take them out. Just replace the filters with new ones, then run your router from your test socket and see if the problem is still happening.

Well it's something located in the housing above the mirror. If I push up on the plastic where the mirror connects the noise will stop, driving me crazy lol

Wash each panel seperatly then once I've finished I will go over the car using the sheet method so all panels are wet....then dry as normal.
