jay, took the wheels off one at a time, so wasnt too bad,
182 blue, just used auto glym, car shampoo bit of auto glym polish, then slapped some turtle wax on. heh im a bit too lazy to get it 100% perfect

spose one way of doing it is to get a large, thick plastic bag, push it inside the box, fill that with water, so u dont soak the mdf, then carefully tip it out into a measuring jug.
i think its just under the carpet, might have just come disconnected, happened to mine, but in a different place. just whip the bottom part of the back seats out, just a bit of fiddling and they lift out, then pull the carpet out the way and u should see it.
shape of the box makes no difference, as long as the internal volume is correct, and no dosent have to be a free air sub, as it is still using the box.

thats an absolute sh*tter mate! cant believe some people! insurance companies nearly always give first offers that are quite low, trawl through autotrader and try and find fairly pricey examples that are very similar condition mileage etc to yours to show them...
the immobiliser can be bypassed, but its a bit of a pain in the ass! also if the car battery is disconnected the immobiliser will cut in again. i have a switch in the car which can turn the immobilser on and off.
