Heard the intake hole on the v6 airbox is bigger will this cause much of a problem if fitted with the ph1 filter

Looking at putting the espace v6 airbox Ono my 172 cup and looking for the itg filter for this. Is the ph1 172 filter the same and fit in there if not what filter am I looking at getting? Cheers
