Depending what Torrent client your using make sure you have the upload limit set to HIGHER then 12Kbs other wize your downloads will be limted. My Utorrent is Upload limt = 12Kbs Download limt = Unlimited Here a screen shot P.s My bets are your downloading prison break lol.

Yep its fine to install windows over the top. Last time i did this i lost C:\windows And i think i might of lost 'My Docs'

Yes you can install over the top. You MAY lost c:\Windows

It sounds like you have all ready signed some thing to put those points on your licence. You should have not signed it and let them take you to court. In court say the car came like that how was you meant to know.
