Update: for whatever reason the fan now works when ac is turned on. but it doesn't turn on when ac is off. The water does pump when engine is warm though and water doesn't pump when cold. Not sure what the issue is now. May just run it with ac on lol

It's fine whilst moving. Was 25 mins of stop start on a46 that did it.

Hey. Seems my engines cooling fan is dead. Major overheat on way home. I want to replace it myself, any idea which fan is ok to fit? I need it fixed by Friday so need the fan delivered Friday. Any guides on how to get the old one out? Thanks

Ok well. I think i will ask insurance as I have a nice chip and it's bad with glare and makes night time driving horrible. If they say no... Will ask autoglass if they have any glass for my car.. If they say no and have a delay in ordering I will ask for one then break mine hahaha

Experiance - None. Polisher - Nope time - 2 hours in the evening Should i ask insureance if they will replace it as the glare is VERY BAD

Hey My windscreen is marked kinda bad. Seems its had some poor wipers on it for years that have caused ALOT of minor scratches. so much so that any lights cause major glare at night. I could just smash the screen and have autoglass stick a new one on for thr £75 excess but rather not tbh...

Well that owner had it repaired @ 58k miles. They then traded it in @ 62k miles. What would you suggest i have done asap? I need to sort the budget out for it. i will have £400 spare at end of may that i could chuck into the car lol
