I had the same. They fixed it by changing the flightwheelsensor. When your in front of the engine, it's low at the right between the engine and the airbox. A small long black sensor with 2 wires (think at each side).
They changed that and problem was fixed for a few months, now it's back...

Noise is not that much harder than the street exhaust. It rattles more because backbox is almost empty, but it's not that hard. You only have an ugly sound when engine is still cold. That's really a rough metal rattle sound
No problems at all. I have the race system (same steel). I have also 2 customers who changed the street one for the race one. Only difference is race one is better in higher revs, street one is better in mid revs.

Put salad oil and aceton in your tank. We did the test in Belgium and it was in the newspapers and the news. It works and you can drive 100km further with same tank. You just need the correct quantities of each product or else it wont work
