Yet another misinformed person. Cat C doesn't always mean 'very bad damage' I've seen cat C cars written off with just dents!
Also to everyone that will be saying 'don't buy it' would you drive around in a car that was repaired by an insurance company....of course you would, Theres no difference
Re: 50% complete 172RWD!
yeh i agree....although working on them when you really don't want to is the worst thing, but as you say. It's got to be done and the end result is going to be muchos worth it.
Re: 50% complete 172RWD!
Hit the nail on the head! If you read steves earlier posts i think you'll notice it's only cost him around £600 so far.
Another reason for doing it would be the fact it's unique, there are lots of people doing twin engine cars these days, but for what reason i don't...
Re: 50% complete 172RWD!
steve originally built the car for the track iirc. Why not do this? Much more impressive than someone going to a company and getting it done.
Not sure if this is in the right place or not (if not please feel free to move it)
I'm after the Law on HID kits, I was under the impression they are legal to be used if the kit is E marked and certified. Is this correct?
Thanks
