This week is rotary purchase week. Gonna go for it
I like the sound of the ep801
I like the sound of the sim180
Which one and why?
I have used a silverline, festool, and a 3m rotary
The 3m felt the best but they can't be bought for my budget of £100
I think g5 is for me tbh, i dont mind re-applying every season tbh
Where is best to get a single bottle? I hate laying massive postage fees and polished bliss don't sell any gtechniq
Birchdown diagnosed a handling problem on my clio being that the powerflex buses had been fitted incorrectly at another 'highly rated' specialist garage. They've ended up rubbing as they were fitted the wrong way round, and have therefore put stress on the ball joints.
Would it be worth buying...
Caledonia! That's his username, been looking for him on DW for ages. I had some rotary tuition from him a few weeks back, was great. Imglnna pester him for some boa cloths
I think the new nanolex washcoat is the thing to get this winter!
Decided to have a wiring detox in the living room when I got in from work, stripped all the av stuff out because it was doing my head in
Thought to myself (at 7.45) I'll have a shower then Watch fifth gear on channel five in the bedroom
Got in the shower, Completely forgetting that fifth gear...
I've heard it's got the same components as a rupes
I've tried a festool shinex, silverline, and the 3m
Although the 3m is the noisiest it was my favourite to use!
Got a snapon solus faut reader on it earlier, cleare the faults but it still came back with the same ones everytime we tried turning the key.
Turns out its by the lambda at all! Good old AA
It says
Clio faults
531 (pedal circuit)
213 (throttle angle sensor)
780 (flywheel signal sensor circuit)
Tried all variants of ways to put the lambda, swapped them all roud and so forth.
Ecu light comes on and engine stop light flashes, car won't start now. How do I reset the ecu??
I've changed the post cat lambda. It now idles at 1400revs and when you press the throttle it doesn't go past 2000.
Ecu an engine management light still on. Any ideas?
Should I swap the new sensor with the precat sensor?
Haha thanks.
She said the AA guy had checked the plugs and leads etc.
Had a look myself and they seem fine, look brand new still, colour of the plugs are ok too. I had a listen to the engine and gave it some revs, definitely poorly car :( very lumpy and erratic
