I would agree to an extent, though a few weeks back the lag was horrific for me regardless if I was in a party for not.

The recent lot of patches have helped for me also, there is a definiate improvement on the lag/hit detection front and it is actually a very playable game now and I am enjoying it :)

As a "complete" gaming headset experience then you cant go wrong with Astro's, I have the A40 system which is superb and I have had it since MW2 and it hasn't put a foot wrong. It isn't wireless but my experience of wireless headsets isn't good as the batteries need changing all the time...

Well there is a definite improvement on the lag front as my shots actually took people down for a change when one-on-one. There are still quite a few issues but I noticed it more when playing in a party, just the spawns left for me to sort out now tbh!

So I noticed there was another patch yesterday when I did a bit of the campaign but it still looks like people are suffering with lag. I havent played online since Friday as I nearly had a mental breakdown!

Ended up doing a clean install of Win7 in the end!

If Sandy Ravage is moaning about the lag then it must be bad. He is also in Yanky land and its normally them lot that bring the lag!

No worries :) Yeah they really are stunning, the quality of the finish alone makes them worth the £££, but the sound is amazing aswell.

Yes these are on ear headphones compared to Beats which are over ear. They feel great, really comfy and are very secure.

Yeah that's the thing, I have never tired a decent set of in ear ones so my experiences are just based on the standard ones like the ones you get with an iPhone etc. I wont really be using them on the move just for at home and when I am away etc.

I just dont like in ear phones, I never have really though I must admit I have never really used anything like the ones above or similar before.
